Salesforce Administrator
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the IT team, with responsibility for managing the administration, development and implementation of new functionality, changes and customisations to IG Group's application built on Salesforce's Force.com Cloud Computing platform.

Job responsibilities
- Developing, testing and deploying solutions to the Salesforce application
- Liaising with business teams to implement innovative and efficient ways to improve CRM applications and processes
- Providing first line support for internal users
- Providing progress reports to business leaders
- Keeping abreast of developments in Salesforce and AppExchange
- Producing and maintaining documentation for all projects and applications
Essential criteria
- Ideally you will have at least a year's Salesforce CRM administration experience
- Proven experience of process/CRM implementation
- Excellent Excel skills
- Minimum of a 2:1 BSc in Computer Science, any engineering or closely related field, or foreign equivalent
- Development experience within a team either in an industrial placement or since your degree with Java, .NET or any other OO technologies would be welcomed
- Understanding of database concepts, data management (RDBMS) and SQL
- You should be a team player, with good communication skills and a good grasp of business issues
